Discussing a process is not "abuse" of a process. Actually
initiating a court procedure that's knowingly unjust or unwarranted,
for the purpose of harassing or otherwise harming an innocent
individual could be considered "abuse of process" or "malicious
prosecution"... like a half dozen cases being employed against former
President Trump to prevent him from being re-elected.

If I publicly stated here that you were a rapist, I'd be guilty of
libeling you. You could sue me, and you'd win, *unless* I could
prove the allegation was true. Robert Wolfe has publicly said I'm a
rapist numerous times, all archived, despite the fact he already
knows I was never accused, charged, or convicted of raping anyone.

The only reason he continues to do so is because I haven't wanted to
go to the trouble of suing him. I have better ways of spending my
time. He obviously considers my inaction so far as a license to

I've tried ignoring him, which is the recommended but seldom
effective method of dealing with trolls, but that doesn't work with
the mentally afflicted. My bad for coming back and thinking there
was anybody left who was interested in having a friendly normal
discussion about anything. You've always been one of the exceptions,
but the fools, dullards and mental cases have pretty much driven the
last remaining "normal" people out. I rarely see you here anymore,
and the reason is obvious. If I wasn't here at all anymore, would
